THE FIT & FLEX EXPO
The FIT & FLEX EXPO will invade Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, November 16 – 17, featuring 15 diverse & multifaceted events, where over 2,100 athletes will converge on the Broward County Convention Center’s EXPO floors to stake their claim to be the best of their discipline in the realm of fitness, strength, health and wellness.
